Inspired by Robert's The Tyranny of Thoughts (post deleted).
Changing a few words can help push yourself toward greatness.
What could you do less of?
Instead of dwelling on unwanted habits, focus on cultivating desired behaviors: "What could you do more of?"
Stop thinking so much about things that don't really matter.
Instead of avoiding unimportant things, shift your attention to the important things: "Start thinking about things that matter."
Promise myself to do better
Instead of promising improvement, act on that commitment: "Do."
