Imperfect

smaller units first

I would like to remember to ship not only smaller units first, but more synchronous and reciprocal units too.

Achieving that enables quick wins from the ensuing domino effect, which should bolster my momentum. That seems better than trudging through large projects that may demand more time and resources, if not stretched across multiple sessions, for a similar payoff.

As I ideally scale up in unit size throughout the day, recipients converting small units into feedback loops affords promising opportunities to rotate to as needed. As for work that isn't as conducive to becoming feedback loops, I can fit that in later with how time-independent it appears.

I can free myself from the stuckness of targeting complex one-shot tasks with no escape valves, whether it's the first thing in the morning or later on in the day. I can encourage more touchpoints early on for higher probabilities of interactivity and thus winning.
