Lazy or Efficient asks whether AI induces efficiency or laziness and if we'll be knowledgeable enough to do more once it's gone.
I think the difference between efficiency and laziness is whether the work was done at all, let alone properly. If your jobs are performed correctly and you have time for other tasks, that sounds efficient to me. There is much beauty to life beyond a career or clerical work. Enjoy it.
Creative destruction pushes us forward but also leaves things behind. Although, you can have your cake and eat it too. Always be learning, only augment your abilities, and practice your abilities at other times to maintain efficiency with them. That can make you resilient.
