You would be surprised at how much time and energy a simple post could take. You could also publish incomplete thoughts to finish for later.

Try harder in what vector? Some thoughts arrive more naturally than others.

I'm just writing random shit I thought of, but it looks like they think of real good stuff in all sorts of words

Random and intentional writing alike can produce unexpected gems. Can you elaborate why you think others' thinking and ideas are good? The more you understand the purpose behind their words, the better you can remix them.

are my ideas actually shit or just my words?

The first draft of your idea existing is a success. You only go up from there. Every finished work had its start somewhere.

I don't have the time or maybe it's just I don't have the effort to do any better.

just want the stuff out of my mind so I can get on to the next thing and the next thing and hopefully one of them will be useful
