Tell us all about not only how many superfans you have, but the people you are a superfan of. If you don't have any superfans yet, what's stopping you from earning some?

As for what to share, Pavan's One thing. Really well. covers that:

Here's one thing that I was reminded of today. You don't have a product until you can do one thing really well for a set of people. And you do it so well that they fall in love with it and they can't use anything else.

So if you have a product and it can do one thing really well for a certain set of people and it does it so well that they love this thing and they can't go anywhere else. Yep, then you have something.
