Inspired by Andreas' 'Techtember' is upon us and I think we should use it to get rid of some superfluous tech.
In What is Techtember? Techtember Explained, Isaac says:
Techtember refers to the annual period when many companies unveil their latest products and services.
I find virtual spaces like personal websites, blogs, and social media presences fascinating. Can I remix Techtember toward designing them instead? Taste is advertising. Knocking my branding and reach out of the park would behoove me.
What facets of mine deserve dedicated spaces? The more I construct, the lusher their synthesis and overarching ecosystem becomes. Casting a wider net also prevents keeping all my eggs in one basket. A digital home can feel cozy, but how resilient is it compared to virtual hotel chains? Even AI can assist in creating personalized spaces or content to riff on, whether offline or online.
Functional tools can coincide with new ones that could surprise me for the better. Instead of minimizing interactions with hardware, how can I maximize interactions through software? I can worry less about physical item importance and worry more about virtual space abundance. There's no limit to how playful, broad, and deep I can make my online activity.
How can I apply the above approach holistically?
