cast better spells

Apollo chronicled his daughter's hard-fought, yet successful Razor Scooter Lessons. After some turmoil, he atomized the learning process into the smallest steps he could. Then, he adapted his coaching approach toward her mastering each step before moving on. Although, what initially caught my eye was this quote of his:

“If you keep saying you can’t do this, do you think that helps you or hurts you?”

How often have you found yourself repeating negative utterances like the following:

“This isn’t fun dad.”

“Why can’t I do this?”

“Ugh. I don’t wanna.”

How well does your frequency of that language align with your answer to Apollo's question? If they don't align well, whether you switch up your approach or not, could casting better spells lead to the success you have been seeking?
