Do you know any pioneering AI video artists? Do they have spare time this week and a penchant for open source models? If so, nudge them to partake in The Arca Gidan Prize. It's an ongoing generative AI art competition for open models, sponsored by none other than the industry leader, Comfy. Ending this Sunday at midnight UTC, this "one-week creative sprint" aims to push the envelope for both open source AI and creative expression. You have one goal: explore one of three loose themes with a "1-3 minute work" of your very own. Four winners will be flown to Los Angeles to showcase their work: two overall winners, one top entry using Comfy, and another top entry using Reigh. The overall winner gets a giant Toblerone to boot!
