ai dreamcatchers
Inspired by:
- Vishesh's 21 miles from understanding
- Elmer's Supertoys!
- Sam's Virtual friends
If I were to phrase my overall message as a favorite question a la physicist Richard Feynman, I'd ask:
How can the few students of life that matter most use AI to make their moonshots come true?
Would they engage with AI through Vishesh's workshops, Mattel's upcoming toys, or virtual friends like Sam's? I think out loud:
- What flourishing activities, outcomes, and lessons could manifest through AI used as a dreamcatcher, a companion, or an imaginary friend made real?
- How can informed understanding and usage of AI instill unbounded creativity, complex conversations, and critical thinking?
- How can we notice those willing to forgo gratification for iteration, so learning experiences can be tailored to them?
- Given accelerating cybernetic fusion, how can rationing of and socialization with AI be managed best?
Many will treat AI as an abstracted novelty item at best like many prior technologies. Let's enrich those treating them as responsive feedback engines to make their dreams a reality.
